Max's Dessert Sampler

Whenever we dine at Max's Restaurant, I always order their Buco Pandan Special (this is with one scoop of Vanilla ice Cream) for dessert, but finally last week I decided to try Max's Dessert Sampler.

Very good for sharing! Priced at Php 178.00 this delectable dessert consist of Buco Pandan  (made of buco pandan strips, green gulaman and cooked tapioca), Ube Creme Decadence (light, smooth, creamy, egg-less custard, with ube halaya filling topped with ube cake crumbs), Leche Flan and Cream Caramel Brownie Ala Mode.

Verdict:

This is the first time that the Buco Pandan served to me was quiet bland, may be because this was served with the Leche flan which is quiet sweet. The leche Flan is too soft but the taste is very delectable same with the Ube Creme Decadence perfect with the ube halaya filling but not quite a fan of the ube cake crumbs. I also love the Brownie Alamode but I think they should change their choice of chocolate cookie stick on top. But over all this sampler compliments each others taste.. ^_^
